The CLME+ Training Portal is the result of the UN Agency to UN Agency agreement, between the Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission of the United Nations Educational, scientific, and Cultural Organization (IOC of UNESCO), and United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS). Through the Training Portal, UNOPS and the IOC of UNESCO seek to: Support and facilitate access to training and capacity building opportunities and materials for the CLME+ stakeholder community, with special attention to such initiatives that are considered to be of high importance for the successful implementation of the CLME+ SAP and the achievement of its overarching goals.
